The payment voucher remains valid for 5 days and is automatically cancelled afterward if the payment is not completed.

Customer Flow

  1. The customer fills in their details on the checkout page.
  2. The customer selects the Konbini payment method.
  3. The customer is redirected to an order confirmation page where they can view the payment reference, the allowed payment time frame, and the instructions required to complete the payment by clicking the “Read Instructions” button.
  4. The customer receives an email containing a barcode and a list of convenience stores where the payment can be completed.
  5. Once the payment is completed, Global-e receives a confirmation and the order is moved to the next status.
